Who we are
Amber Lion Middle East Ltd. was established in 2024 in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) as a Category 4 investment advisory firm regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).
A joint venture of Amber Lion Partners AG in Zurich, Switzerland, and of Neviswave Dubai Ltd. in Stirling, Scotland, Amber Lion Middle East advises its clients on investments, products, custody, and credit.
In addition to arranging custody at international banks for its clients as part of its best-in-class approach, Amber Lion Middle East provides comprehensive advice on asset management products and structures, global private markets opportunities, and structured credit (including real estate, marine, and aviation lending).
In order to source its private markets opportunities (including in pre-IPO/growth equity, real estate debt, infrastructure, natural resources), as well as balance sheet capacity for structured lending, Amber Lion Middle East works extensively with a global network of partners – asset managers and credit institutions – on an open-architecture basis, aligning its interests with those of its clients.
